Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on May 2, 2022, found that Dependable Home Care, Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on March 2, 2022.
